I enjoyed a wonderful childhood while growing up in Glasgow, Scotland, before moving to America with my Mom, Dad and brother aboard the QE11 when I was 12 years old. I was fortunate enough to have two talented grandmothers who taught me to crochet and knit at an early age.

Over the years, I've studied and developed skill in many areas of needlework and seem to have an uncanny intuitive ability to predict upcoming trends but it wasn't until I found machine needle felting that I became completely obsessed  with machine and wet felting and  realized that this trend would catch on.  I'm constantly experimenting and love sharing my passion with others.   I've designed projects as well as kits for use by others as teaching tools and enjoy providing inspiration with my trunk show.

I have created packs of "Snippets" from my personal stash of fiber (wool/silk/curls)  and bits of silk fabric (most hand-dyed) for your pleasure.  No two packs are alike.
